The First Edition of the National Competition on Pedagogical Innovation in Teacher Education Institutions
Under the aegis of the General Direction of Scientific Research and Technological Development (DGRSDT) and for the sake of support for training through research, the Thematic Agency for Research in Biotechnology and Agri-Food Sciences (ATRBSA), organizes in partnership with the École Normale Supérieure Assia Djebar of Constantine (ENSADC), the First edition of the National Competition on Pedagogical Innovation in the National Higher Teacher Education Institutions.
Education & Artificial Intelligence: a Challenge to meet.
Teaching is an action led by a teacher aiming at transmitting competences, knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills. This aim is strongly endorsed by the Higher Teacher Education Institutions due to their vocation and particular status.
These institutions are mainly responsible for training teachers in different majors to serve the needs of national educational institutions, namely primary schools, middle schools and high schools.
The implementation of a sustainable system of educational practices by the integration of digital tools has become a necessity because the stakes are high.
Therefore, how can these institutions, which are the pillars of teacher education, adapt to the era of artificial intelligence and update their practices to meet the changing expectations of learners?
The national competition on Innovation in Pedagogy will help to provide an initial answer to the question.
After deliberation and expertise of the projects submitted, the competition will make it possible to discover talented future teachers who will be awarded their price during the celebration of the National Day of Knowledge on April 16th, 2020 in Constantine.
This competition, which is open to students of the Higher Teacher Education Institutions nationwide, will be an opportunity for them to share their innovation and the fruit of their experience and practices with a view to diversify both the methods of access to knowledge and pedagogical approaches.
A prize will be awarded to the first three winners during the results proclamation ceremony, due on April 16th 2020, the National Day of Knowledge.
Let creativity speak!
